Coordinate, administer and manage the Environmental Compliance Program at AMC's two PA facilities - our Bucks County, PA plant and our Chester County, PA plant.
Interface with government agencies on matters of communications, decision and policies.
Oversee physical operations in preparing and treating waste on site and lab packing hazardous waste shipments for offsite disposal along with pumping, transferring, filtering and shipping wastewater.
Preparing manifests and accepting hazardous waste from parent facility and ensuring compliance with regulations in physical, systematic transactions, preparation and treatment of waste received.
Maintaining the standardized operational procedures in accordance with environmental compliance.
Responsible for all records for hazardous waste treatment and offsite hazardous waste shipments.
Create and develop reports for annual forms, recording and maintaining data for waste and air permits.
Filing air permit requirements such as daily inspections, fuels deliveries and testing logs.
Oversee inspections of central waste accumulation areas and waste storage magazines.
Test air, soil, or review any analytical data.
Perform compliance audits, prepare Tier II and Form R reports, pollution prevention contingency (PPC) plans Assist in new hire and annual training to environmental standard operating procedures.
Stay current on the latest development regarding environmental safety, new laws implemented in federal, state, or local regulatory bodies under the environment protection act, and related program areas assigned to them.

Responsibilities:
Federal and State Government EPA, PADEP Investigation of any environmental issues Permits & Licenses Maintenance Education and Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management or in relevant areas such as Physical Science, Environmental Engineering, etc.
Minimum (5) five years working knowledge of EPA, PADEP Solid Waste and Air Quality standards in an industrial environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Technical writing skills Critical reviewing skills for analysis and development of technical reports on conducted research.
Continuous Emission Monitoring, Operating Permits, state and federal level renewals POSITION CONDITIONS:
Typical work hours are from 6:
00 AM to 4:
30 PM; Monday thru Thursday.
Must be able to physically inspect all areas of the plant facilities.
