Production Control Manager

Job Description:
Location: Atglen, PA Salary: Based on Experience Description: Our client is currently seeking a Production Control Manager Job Summary-Production Control Manager o Plan, direct, supervise and expedite production planning, scheduling and control operations to achieve production goals and conformance with delivery date commitments.
o Participate in planning and establishing overall production objectives with consideration given to existing work load, orders, stock and parts requirements, shipping dates, sales forecasts etc.
o Organize, formulate and prepare master schedules to conform with delivery dates, manufacturing capacities, available manpower, etc.
o Maintain surveillance over orders in-process to keep informed of manufacturing status and, when needed, initiate the necessary steps to maintain conformity with schedules.
o Coordinate schedules with other departments.
o Perform liaison with Assembly, Engineering and Purchasing on matters pertaining to schedules, production, methods, materials and designs to resolve day-to-day production problems.
o Supervise the maintenance of records and files essential to the operation.
o Plan, organize, implement and monitor production control systems and procedures.
Education Requirements: o College Graduate with degree in Business Administration preferred.
Courses in Production planning, inventory control and other related subjects.
Training and
o Prior training and/or 5 to 7 years experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Leader: Production Job
o Accountable for meeting production schedules.
o Accountable for meeting or exceeding quality standards and customer expectations.
o Accountable for all material moving into and out of the team area.
o Accountable for operator, equipment and tooling.
o Responsible to enter direct, indirect, leave or idle time for each designated employee into the TIME & LABOR TRACKING SYSTEM.
o Responsible for accurate reporting of all information related to production.
o Responsible for ensuring department members' overall performance and attendance.
o Responsible for department members' job training on diversified equipment.
o Responsible for department members' making rate or having rate properly adjusted.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
